Marine biologist, popularizer and founder of MUMA, Museo del Mare di Milazzo, he deals with research and popularization in the field of marine biology, with particular attention to the conservation of ecosystems and the impact of plastics in the marine environment.
Filippo Giorgi
An internationally renowned physicist and climatologist, expert in climate change and large-scale environmental impacts, Filippo Giorgi was one of the main authors of the IPCC report – the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2007.
